We are pleased to announce that we can confirm we have complied with the Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. This means we have completed the below:
- Carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work here
- We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance
- We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
- We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
- Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk

Rivets & Self-Piercing Rivets
Our range of rivets and self-piercing rivets can be used in many applications to help ensure your next project is off to a fantastic start. Self-piercing rivets are most commonly used for garage doors and automotive applications – which also show the exciting developments in riveting for many years. These are rivets, which do not need a hole!

Specials
Whilst we are happy to manufacture products to BS, ISO, DIN and other international standards, many of our products are customer specific. We work with our customers to develop components for specific applications. Approximately 50% of our manufacturing program is given over to specials of one kind or another. Machines
We provide our customers with a complete fastener management system. We offer a full range of machines for assembly of semi and fully tubular rivets. These cover the complete spectrum of customer requirements – from simple foot-operated single-feed riveters, through to fully automatic hopper feed machines. Weld Bolts & CD Studs
Projection Weld Bolts and Studs are available with a range of head styles, with either weld pipes or an annular weld ring positioned either under the head, or on top of the head. They are available in standard Mild Steels or Carbon Steels with Boron suitably heat treated for higher tensile requirements.
Weld bolts are usually used in sheet material to provide secure fastenings in applications where access is only available from one side. They are used mainly in the automotive industry for light, or heavy-duty applications. Discover their stock sizes, specials, and packing quantity here.
Clinch Studs
The self-clinching stud is a threaded fastener, or plain pin, which incorporates a specially formed platform and combined locking ring under the head. They are designed to provide high torque and push out resistant fixing.
Our clinch studs are available in a wide range of materials and finishes, as well as in various stock sizes. Self-clinching studs are easily assembled with any squeeze press and can be used as a suitable alternative to replace capacitor discharge studs and weld bolts at lower installation costs. Bolt Lok
The Clevtec Bolt Lok is an easily assembled pin and collar fastening system in which the material to be fastened is permanently clamped between the pin and collar; providing a high-strength, vibration-proof fixing.
